Rudy Di Biasio

Lograzio (Rudy) Di Biasio, 88, of Summerfield passed away on June 15, 2016. Rudy was born on July 2, 1927 in Rochester, PA to Rudolph and Josephine (Cuifo) Di Biasio.

Rudy served his country in the United States Marine Corp from 1945-1951 during conflict in North China. Rudy was a retired police officer of Syracuse, NY. He received a Herold journal Meritorious Service Award in 1955 for saving a drowning man.

Rudy moved to The Villages, FL where he lived for 25 years. He enjoyed RV camping and Golf. Rudy belonged to motorcycle clubs, VFW, and Blue Knights.

He is survived by his two sons Ken and Ron; sister Frances; step-daughter Shirley; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Rudy was preceded in death by his wife Mary; son Michael; daughter Diana; sister Mary Jane; and step-son Tony.

We will always remember him as "The Blaze", He was buried in the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
