Donald H. Gale, 71, of Onondaga Hill passed away Sunday, at Crouse Hospital. He retired in 1985 as a Syracuse Police Officer and later retired from Niagara Mohawk and J R Auto parts. He was the son of the late Harry & Victoria Gale and brother of the late Marcia Loring. He was an Army Veteran M.P., Member of Syracuse PBA, Member of the Fraternal Order of Police and Syracuse Police Retiree's. He was a volunteer for Home Aides. Donald was an avid fisherman, hunter, NASCAR Fan, and enjoyed being in the outdoors. Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Sandra Isgar Gale; his children, Kimberly of Fairmont, Brian of Camillus, Colleen of Camillus; three grandsons, Andrew, Christopher, David; a sister, Jeanette (Jack) Graff of West Monroe; several nieces and nephews. Services: Thursday TBA at the Butler-Badman Funeral Home, Inc., 4504 W. Seneca Tpk. Interment Onondaga Valley Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
